TSI Healthcare Showcases Their 2009 'Circle of Excellence Award' Winners

TSI Healthcare, a national leader in the sales and support of customized healthcare information technology, celebrates the winners of the 2009 "Circle of Excellence Award" for proficiency in Health IT systems. This award, established in January 2009, recognizes practices which have maximized the use of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Practice Management (EPM) systems and have positioned themselves as leaders in Healthcare IT. To receive the award, practices must demonstrate full implementation and utilization of their EHR and/or EPM system, including specific expectations required for qualification.

TSI recognized the recipients of their Platinum and Gold Awards for the Circle of Excellence program during their annual Client Appreciation Dinner held in Washington, DC. The three, 2009 Platinum Award recipients honored this year were Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates, PA, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Viewmont Urology Clinic in Hickory, NC and Carolina Dermatology Center of Greenville located in Greenville, SC. The 2009 Gold Award recipient was Peninsula Gastroenterology Associates of Riverside Hospital located in Newport News, Virginia.

MIS Director, Chris Wayne, from Viewmont Urology commented, "TSI's Circle of Excellence program was a unique way for us to showcase what we are doing in our practice. It encouraged us to try things we might not have considered or utilized before. Each of the milestones we have achieved with our systems, and with the guidance of TSI, has improved the efficiencies in our practice. Ultimately, we are confident that we have been able to provide a higher level of care to our patients."
